For what it is, I like it.

I dig the concept. The execution was... Lots of glitches where dad would fly off the map as well as framerate issues.

Beating the par time on level 5 is nonsensical. The discs would fly so fast that going for par time on level 5 was a luck-based, rat race. Got annoying real fast. I understand you were working on limited time and sadly, it shows.
